Description
Ktisepox Piscine is an epoxy pool paint (two-component) that waterproofs, protects and aesthetically upgrades the surface of the pool. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, salt water, oils, etc. The paint can be applied to many different surfaces such as cement screeds, old epoxy surfaces and pool tiles (as long as they are rubbed). It allows easy cleaning of the pool and prevents the development of mold in the pool area.
The pool color is available in White & Light Blue (RAL 5012) color
An electric stirrer and a good quality roller are required for application. Dilution with 5-10% solvent is recommended.
It is recommended that the surface be primed before application with Ktisepox Hydro PR
Material Performance
The 12kg package covers 50-60 m2 in one coat. For best results, it is recommended to apply two coats to the pool.
For a 100 m2 swimming pool you will need:
- 1 primer X 10kg and
- 2 containers X 12kg Ktisepox Piscine for the 1st hand
- 2 containers X 12kg Ktisepox Piscine for the 2nd hand
- 1 5 liter solvent for diluting the paint

Is primer necessary?
If the surface is clean and there is already an epoxy coating then a primer is not necessary. However, a primer is recommended since improves adhesion the coating's strengths.
Are the materials easy to apply?
